Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your email and optional display name. When you take a quiz we store your answers and the resulting report. We also store subscription status when you purchase Premium.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, or device identifiers beyond what in-app purchases require. We do not sell your data.
3. How we use your data
Your answers are used to generate your personalized report through large language model providers (OpenAI and Anthropic). Reports are stored so you can re-download them later. Email is used for authentication and important service notifications.
4. Third parties
We use: Supabase (authentication and database), OpenAI / Anthropic (report generation), Cloudflare R2 (PDF storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (in-app purchases). Each provider only receives the minimum data required.
5. AI processing
Your quiz answers are sent to large language model providers to generate your report. These providers do not use your inputs to train their models on the API tier we use.
6. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the “Your Information” page, your attempts, reports, and user record are permanently removed. PDF files may take up to 30 days to be removed from backups.
7. Your rights
You can update your profile at any time, export your data on request (support@innerprint.app), delete your account and all data from inside the app, and object to or restrict specific processing by contacting support.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure you can only access your own data.
9. Children
Innerprint is not directed to children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (notably the United States, where some of our providers are based).
11. Changes to this policy
We will notify you in-app of material changes to this policy.
