Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
To create and run your account we collect your email address and optional display name. To operate the app and process subscriptions we collect a user ID and a device identifier. When you take a quiz we store your answers and the resulting report, along with your subscription status. We also collect product-interaction (usage) data and crash and performance diagnostics to keep Innerprint reliable.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and personalize the app and your reports, authenticate you and sync your account across devices, process and validate subscriptions, and monitor reliability, performance, and feature usage so we can improve. Reports are generated through large language model providers (OpenAI and Anthropic).
3. Tracking
We do not currently track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use third-party advertising. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy, show a cookie banner on the web, and ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking in the app.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect your contacts, photos, or precise location.
5. AI processing
Your quiz answers are sent to large language model providers to generate your report. On the API tier we use, these providers do not use your inputs to train their models.
6. Third parties
We use: Supabase (authentication and database), OpenAI / Anthropic (report generation), Cloudflare R2 (PDF storage), RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions and in-app purchases). Each provider receives only the data needed for its function.
7. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the “Your Information” page, your attempts, reports, and user record are permanently removed. PDF files may take up to 30 days to be removed from backups.
8. Your rights
You can update your profile at any time, request a copy of your data (support@innerprint.app), delete your account and all data from inside the app, and object to or restrict specific processing by contacting support.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure you can only access your own data.
10. Children
Innerprint is not directed to children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (notably the United States, where some of our providers are based).
12. Changes to this policy
We will notify you in-app of material changes to this policy.
