1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Innerprint account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Innerprint. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and the activity that happens under it. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Educational use only
Innerprint quizzes are designed for self-reflection and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric assessments. Reports generated by Innerprint do not constitute professional advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
5. Subscription & billing
Free users can take one quiz as a trial. Premium access unlocks additional quizzes and report regenerations, billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
6. Refunds
All purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
7. Content & intellectual property
All quiz content, AI-generated reports, brand assets, and software are the property of Innerprint. You may use generated reports for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them to train other AI models.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the service; (b) submit answers designed to manipulate or harm the AI; (c) violate any applicable law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the in-app “Your Information” page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports will be accurate, complete, or suited to any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innerprint and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
